I provide individual therapy to adults ages 18+ years. My therapy style is dynamic and eclectic while being grounded in the science of Neurobiology and attachment therapy. This approach presents a practical, science-based explanation for why we think and behave the way we do. During therapy I encourage both stillness and interaction as I bring mindfulness and other coping techniques into sessions. At the end of the day my ultimate goal is to help you learn how to truly experience and express your emotions, understandings, and find your truth.
